Beeinträchtigte vioma Dienste: Ein kleiner Prozentsatz der Buchung wird nicht von Expedia übertragen.

Ablauf der Störung (Quelle: Expedia):

  • 2022-07-19 02:55 - Expedia Group has detected failures for booking notification returning internal error. Support team has been engaged to investigate this issue.
  • 2022-07-19 04:59 - Booking notifications failures have been intermittent at the moment. Expedia Group is still investigating the issue.
  • 2022-07-19 07:18 - Booking notifications failures remained intermittent currently. Expedia Group is still investigating the issue.
  • 2022-07-19 08:59 - Booking notifications failures remained intermittent currently. Expedia Group is still investigating the issue.
  • 2022-07-19 11:16 - Booking notifications failures remain intermittent. The team has identified the service causing the issue and currently working on fixing it. Unsent booking notification will be retried based on the stay date booked.
  • 2022-07-19 14:08 - This incident now stands as resolved. The increase of unsent booking notifications was promptly fixed after having been spotted. The alerts that followed were found to be limited to a small number of notifications (~500) stuck in an unsent status due to missing data. Expedia Group will work on resending the affected notifications whether conditions allows it. All the other instances were cleared out by the retry process per usual.
