Beeinträchtigte vioma Dienste: Expedia Group's Guest Conversation system has a malfunction causing guest conversation emails being sent to our EQC partners' system account emails and causing high email traffic.

Ablauf der Störung (Quelle: Expedia):

  • 2021-12-20 12:27 - Issue has been escalated to responsible teams and updates will be provided when they're available. Partners can update their notification preferences in Account Management in Partner Central to disable guest messages until the issue is resolved.
  • 2021-12-21 00:16 - Fix has been deployed. Expedia Group's Conversation system is currently back in order and emails are accordingly sent to the correct recipient.
